Just a short note to say thank you to you and your staff at CMD Training Institute in Sligo.
When I started the IITD course in Training and Development, I had never stood in front of a class before and now I have written and delivered numerous courses to a wide variety of clients. The feedback has been particularly good and I feel that, although training is a new part of what I do ( I have set up my company called ‘Progressive Business Development’!!), your course has allowed me to harness my strengths and develop the Skills, Knowledge and Attitudes ( See, I remember!) to move forward from one on one meetings to delivering to larger groups.
.As I came back into the workforce after four years of illness and into a completely new field, (I am a mechanic by trade.) it is fantastic to find myself delivering training to people from all walks of life and succeeding at it due to the training that I undertoook with CMD.
