Chris established CMD in 1994 after carrying out extensive research which clearly showed a gap in the market for quality training in the northwest. 

 

As a highly motivated trainer,  he is in high demand throughout Ireland and the UK.  Chris specialises in the delivery of soft skills training, Employment law and business advancement. He is an Accredited Partner of the International Confideration for Business Advancement

 

He is a Director and Chairperson of Sligo Young Enterprises Ltd,  Director (and past chair) of the Irish Association of Training Organisations (IACTO) and a member of Council (and past Vice President) of the Irish Institute of Training & Development.

 

Chris is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development, a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, and a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement
