Chris McDonagh, FITOL, MIITD, MBILD, MAPMP, founder and senior partner at the CMD Group, is an experienced entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in building sustainable businesses.  He provides a service for high-level strategic and operational control which helps to build consistently improved business  performance that enhances profitability.  He is a strong pro-active leader, who empowers staff to take ownership and provides coaching, training and mentoring to build cohesive teams that work together to achieve individual targets and company
objectives.

Chris is results oriented and customer focused, with excellent relationship management skills. He is experienced in business development, business start-ups,  mentoring, negotiation, mediation, facilitation, training & development, employment law, leadership and management.

 


 

Brenda Crowley, Senior Partner at the CMD Group is a leading trainer, coach and mediator with over 18 years’ experience working in a variety of business sectors such as hospitality, service, software and healthcare. She has a passionate interest in the development of people and businesses and her professional experience to-date equips her with the vital skills necessary to oversee and manage all the companies within the CMD Group.

As CEO for the Group she is responsible for the company’s core business functions ranging from management, human resources, quality, marketing & PR, planning, finance and health & safety.  Brenda ensures that high standards of quality and service are continuously met in all areas of the business and encourages this culture within the company on a daily basis. Her natural approach to customer service and people development enables her to strengthen the already  successful reputation of the CMD Group and this is implemented through her vision and strategy for the company.
